Control & Track (CAT) –
Online Compliance Data Management and Control
Developed by ACT Systems Limited, Control and Track enables asbestos managers and other authorized users to view and control access to asbestos records over the Internet via a web browser, with a PC, Tablet, or Smart Phone.
CAT has been developed with flexibility in mind, and can be tailored to suite a variety of other client requirements such as Fire and Water Compliance.
CAT has been developed using the Latest HTML5/PHP and MariaDB SQL database development platforms and the Cloud servers are hosted in two separate locations in the UK, with frequent backups to ensure your data is stored safely and available when you need it.
Compliance
A multitude of configurable charts, graphs and reports allow the user to view their exact up-to-date compliance position, and get the statistics and information they require to plan ahead for the future.
Asbestos Register:
- The asbestos register can be easily viewed at any time to get both a quick summery of a properties asbestos position and a deep detailed look at the records held within.
- View asbestos at either building, floor, or room level, along with any documents and plans available for even more information.
- View the history of each record in the archive to monitor changes throughout history.
- All access to the register is logged and recorded, allowing you to see who has viewed a site and when.
Data Entry:
- Data can be easily added to the asbestos register either on-site by the surveyor or back at base.
- Reinspections can be easily updated quickly and effortlessly.
- Any Documents and Plans can be uploaded and viewed at any time, allowing for a comprehensive collection of relevant data for your properties.
- Data can also be processed and uploaded to Control and Track by our data entry team, either as a one-off project or on an on-going basis for an additional fee.
Security Features:
- Interfaces seamlessly with Google user accounts
- All user access is logged – PERMANENTLY
- User Access can be granted and revoked easily by Superusers, and can be restricted to different privilege levels and to individual sections of the database.
